It’s obvious that fruit and vegetables are great for us and can help us lose weight, but not a lot of us know how to lose weight fast by eating more of these. Fruit and vegetables are naturally filling as they contain carbohydrates that keep us fuller for longer while the natural occurring sugars give us the energy we need. This does not mean we have to stuff ourselves with raw vegetables and fruit; there are so many ways we can eat these healthy foods without becoming fed up with them. Add more vegetables to the dishes you cook, and reduce the amount of convenience foods you buy. When you cook vegetables try not to leave them to go soft, this will rid them of many nutrients; instead cook them for just a few minutes. Fruit can be eaten as a snack and with so many varieties you’re bound to find something you love.
